How to Order:
As you find the item you would
like to order, just click on the "Add To Cart" button
that is located on the bottom right of each item page.
When you are finished, just click on the "check out" button.
You will be given the option to continue
shopping or proceed to check out. You will then enter your
shipping information and method of payment.
To pay by money order, select "email".
When you are done, you will receive an email with your order
details. You may then mail us your order along with your
money order made out to " J.Rowan" (Please do not make payable

We accept credit cards through PayPal.
PayPal is designed from the ground up to be a safer way to send
money online. PayPal does not expose your financial
information to us. It's fast, safe and very secure.
Checks :
You may also pay by personal check using PayPal. Your item
will not ship until your check clears which may only take 3-4
days. This is about the same time as it may take to mail
us a check. Remember that using PayPal is very secure and
fast way to pay online. Your personal bank information is
never seen by us or any other vendor.
Money Orders:
Money orders must be drawn on US
Dollars only. We do not accept international money orders.
Please print a copy of your order and mail it to the address
listed above.
Shipping:
We know that getting your ring as fast as
possible is important to you. J.Rowan.com ships packages Monday
through Friday. Please allow 1 to 2 days for us to ship your
order. An email confirmation will be sent soon after we
ship. We have made every effort to ensure that rings are shipped
in a fast and secure way that will be convenient to our
customers. We also offer FREE
USPS First Class shipping on ALL orders (offer valid for
US customers only). Average delivery time for USPS First Class
Mail is 3 to 7 days.
International Shipping:
Items will be send via USPS
First Class Mail , insurance is not available with this service
to other countries. Item will be sent uninsured at
buyers risk.
If you require your item to be insured
then we can ship it by Priority International Mail Service...please
email us for current pricing before you purchase.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item
price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s
responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine
what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight
(shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse
them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as
‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit
such behavior.

Return Policy: "Sterling
Silver Items" -We want your shopping experience to be as pleasant as possible,
so we offer a no questions asked return policy. Most
jewelry items may be returned within 7 days of you receiving
them.
Return Policy: "10k
Gold Items" - At this Time due to the high price
of gold. Our 10k & 14k Items are considered special orders
and may be returned for sizing only.
How To Return An Item: Please email us for a Return
Authorization Number (RMA). This number must be
on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. Items
must be new and not worn or altered in any way with all boxes,
any printed material included. Items that have been sized
to a custom size by us may be returned for adjustment within 30
days. Custom sized items can not be returned for a refund
as these are sized just for you. Very large group orders
may not be returned for a refund. Items that need to be
resized will be charged a $3.00 shipping fee.
